Modular and reinforced for every application
KLP® Bridges are made of strong, dimensionally stable plastic components that withstand weather, moisture, and heavy use. For higher loads or longer spans, reinforced versions are available, such as KLP®-S (steel-reinforced) and KLP®-V (glass fiber-reinforced).
The modular design allows for free spans of up to 5 meters, with railing heights up to 1.30 meters and clearance heights of 1.60 meters. Thanks to prefabrication and custom options, you can easily tailor different shapes, railings, and widths to meet your project’s requirements.
Reliable foundation for every bridge
In bridge constructions using wooden piles, the quality of the foundation is crucial. The KLP® Hollow Pile Cap protects wooden foundation piles at their most vulnerable point: the transition between water and air. The plastic cap is slid over the pile head and prevents degradation caused by moisture and oxygen in the splash zone. Its smart design combines a hollow, rounded underside that fits seamlessly onto the wooden pile with a square top that provides a stable base for the bridge deck. Made from recycled plastic, the KLP® Hollow Pile Cap is robust, maintenance-free, and circular - a sustainable detailing solution for long-lasting, stable bridge construction.
